Adding New Prospects

Before setting up a prospective customer account, you must set up a customer group. See Setting up Customer Groups for details.

In this section, you will learn how to add new prospective customers and their account details to your database. After you have checked that a customer has not already got an account by checking the customer list, you can create an account for them as follows:

Select Customers in the Folders list (left of screen) and New on the menu bar (top of screen) and an Add New Customer screen appears:
