Customising Reports
To customise your report: If, for instance, you want to change the date range of the report, you can sort and select records by changing the selection.

Select the required report from the list of reports, such as 'Customer List'.

Select** Produce** Report and the Edit Filters screen appears:

The lower section shows "Sort and select records by one or more of" with tabs for Aged Balance (Customer), Customer, Customer Group, and Customer Category. The visible Select Aged Balance Type section shows Account Type set to "With Current Balance and older", with fields for Balance Above, Balance Below, As at Date (showing Today checkbox), and a date field. Add Selection and Remove Selection buttons appear at the bottom.

- Click the tabs in the lower half of the screen to view and select your sorting options. If you have added custom fields to your ledgers (see Company Menu Bar for more details), select the relevant account range tab, e.g. 'Customer' and select the appropriate custom field under the title 'Select By'.
- When you have finished entering your sorting options for the selected report you have the choice to:
- Save These Selections: Enter a title that will identify this report if you come back to it later.
- Start Report: To preview the report before printing or exporting, select the 'Start Report' option and a preview screen appears as below. The balances will have changed according to your selections.
