The ABM Document Server extends the existing form and reporting capabilities of ABM to allow the workload for generating forms and reports to be moved from individual workstations to a designated Document Server. The Document Server runs as a service, and will continually check for new documents in the various queues and process them accordingly.

ABM Document Server will be able to consolidate multiple forms onto a single email and also add the flexibility of adding static file attachments such as a PDF file with your Trading Terms, if required.

The Document Server can be set up on a Domain Server or on a Workstation depending where the company wishes to place the printer. It is possible to set up more than one document server, with different queues going to different printers if required.
