Deleting Cost Centres
Sometimes it might be necessary to delete a Cost Centre.
To delete a Job Cost Centre:

Select Jobs in the Folders list (left of screen) and the second level menu appears.

Select Cost Centres and a list of existing cost centres appears in the main viewing area (right of screen) as below:

The main viewing area on the right displays a "Cost Centres" list with a search bar labeled "Search Cost Centres" and an "Advanced" link. The list shows several cost centres including Installations, Marketing, Sub Contracting, and Transport. A toolbar at the top includes buttons for Email, Add, New, View, Delete, Settings, Refresh, and Send To.
List of existing cost centres

Click once on the cost centre that you want to delete, for example 'Marketing', and either press the 'Delete' key on your keyboard or select the 'Delete' button at the top of the screen.
You will see the following prompt: "Are you sure that you want to delete the cost centre record for Marketing." If you are sure that this is the group that you want to delete, select 'Yes'. If not, select 'No', and no deletions will have occurred.
